首部中国与哈萨克斯坦合拍的故事片《音乐家》获得第十八届中国电影华表奖优秀故事片奖。出品方北京闪亮影业有限责任公司董事长沈健表示，电影的国际合拍是促进文化交流和文明互鉴的重要平台，也是扩大中国国际影响力与传播力的有效途径。《音乐家》的获奖对于参与影片创作的两国电影人是很大的鼓舞和激励。国家广播电视总局党组成员、副局长杨小伟表示，中国网络视听大会见证、记录了行业的蓬勃发展，打造了行业规格最高、规模最大、阵容最强的年度“风向标”。本届大会展现了网络视听作为宣传思想新阵地、文化繁荣新载体取得的重大成果，集中展现网络视听奏响主旋律、奋进新征程、实现新跨越的新面貌。
